Our vision in 2017 is to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ. The premise of this series is that within the body of Christ there are many who believe that Jesus is their Savior and far less who follow Jesus as their Lord on a daily basis. In other words, many attend church but few let the Lordship of Christ transform their daily walk for the sake of God’s kingdom. To this end, we hope you will engage in the Anatomy of a Disciple, understand your present life as a disciple, and choose to take concrete steps to grow as a follower of Jesus Christ. In doing so, not only will your life be transformed but also the life and ministry of North Olmsted Friends for the sake of God’s kingdom and His glory.

The crisis in the church throughout the western culture is that there are “so many believers and so few [true] disciples.” In February, we are going to launch into a 10-week series that will lead us into Easter to uncover 8 key characteristics for a disciple and how they apply to our lives. During this series, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Hear sermons on each of these characteristics
  • Participate in Home and Sunday AM Growth Groups studying this material.
  • Take the Anatomy of a Disciple Self-Assessment to help you evaluate where you are as a disciple of Jesus.
  • Make a concrete action plan to improve your life as a disciple.

Get ready to be a part of something that can make a kingdom difference. Order your book today through the church office or on Sundays at the lobby table for only $12.00
