WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP AT FRIENDS CHURCH?

Simply put – our teens are incredible.  We have an awesome and energetic group of young people at Friends Church who love to serve!  Whether they’re going on one of their yearly mission trips or serving our community in some other way – our teens excel at caring.

If your teen is looking for a place to fit in – they’ll feel comfortable at Friends Church.

Our teens meet on Sunday mornings at 11:00 am and Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.  Both jr. high and sr. high ministries are available.

HOW TO PLUG IN AND REACH OUT-

Sunday Morning

  • 7th-8th graders meet on Sunday morning from 11am-12:15 pm in the Upper Room
  • 9th-12th graders meet on Sunday morning from 11am-12:15 pm in the Upper Room

Youth Group

  • Every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30 pm all teens 7th-12th grade meet in the Upper Room for fellowship, worship, and small groups.  We have a great time laughing together and learning about Scripture.

PinC and STRonG

  • PinC (Precious in Christ) and STRonG (Seeking Total Reliance on God) are small groups that are divided by both grade and gender, PinC for girls and STRonG for guys.  Each group meets once or twice a month for fun activities, spiritual growth, and quality time with one another.  Contact Adrianne Nolan to find a group!

Annual Events // Mission Trip, Fall Retreat

  • Taking time away from the normal schedule of life can offer us a new perspective and opportunity to engage with God.  Whether it be serving on the Summer Mission Trip or worshiping on the Fall Retreat, God calls us to a higher relationship with Him as we begin to make our faith our own.  Contact Adrianne for more information!
