WORSHIP AT FRIENDS

ALIVE PEOPLE WORSHIP JESUS

We believe it's vital to gather as the body of Christ to praise and worship God. Join at either of our campuses on Sundays, as well as at special services throughout the year.

What to expect

Worship services at both campuses are a little more than an hour. We celebrate together with songs old and new, approach God in prayer and receive teaching from Bible-based sermons.

Parking is available on-site at both campuses, with designated handicapped spaces. Our hospitality volunteers will help to make you welcome and answer any questions you may have.

Children and youth may worship with their families or participate in programs tailored to them. The North Olmsted campus has a sensory room for elementary-age children with special needs. Nursery and preschool care is also available.

There's no dress code—people wear what they are comfortable with to show reverence for God.  Between or after services, both locations enjoy Friends Café, a time of food and fellowship that helps us get to know one another better.

Serve in Worship

If you have gifts with music, technology or hospitality, we'd love to talk about how you could serve in worship!

Worship Teams

Share your musical talents in worship as part of a team of musicians dedicated to lifting up Jesus. Our worship teams are not focused on performing, but on leading the congregation in offering praise to God. Opportunities at both campuses include vocal leads and instrumental musicians. For more information, contact Pastor Jason Cork.

A/V Teams

Choirs

Support the worship experience by working on our audio/visual teams. Operate the sound board, run live stream cameras or help to coordinate the lighting and slides. Training is provided! For more information, contact Toby Locher.
Adult and children's choirs share in special services as well as on Sunday mornings, usually around Easter and Christmas. Whether you have prior choral experience or not, there's a place for you! For more information, contact Judy Crandall.

Hospitality Teams

If you enjoy meeting new people and making sure everyone feels welcome, you can serve on our hospitality teams. There are opportunities to serve as greeters or ushers, in Friends Café, at the Welcome Desk or on our safety team. For more information, contact Pastor Adam Falkenstein.
